Day 013
Another difficult choice. Dan and I went to the beach again, but a different beach this time, with a trail along a cliff overlooking the beach. These plants were on the cliff. The plant is called an ice plant apparently, because it is very resistant to fire (which is good, as there are frequent forest fires in the area!).

We also went to a butterfly conservation park, where THOUSANDS of monarch butterlies migrate to each year. It was quite incredible to see this many all together (this pic barely shows what really was there, but you get the idea!).
